Accounts can only be deleted by users who created them. Follow the hierarchy strictly.

Introduction

PowerBadii follows a strict hierarchical account management system where accounts can only be deleted by users who created them or by authorized higher-level accounts.

Security Principle

"Creator has deletion rights" - The user who creates an account has the authority to delete that account. This ensures accountability and proper authorization.

Key Rule

Accounts cannot delete accounts at their same level or higher. They can only delete accounts they have created (lower in hierarchy).

Parent and Student Account Deletion

  • Request through: School Administrators or Teachers
  • Required: Parental/Guardian consent for minors
  • Data handling: Academic records archived for legal requirements
  • Delete Parent and Student: Users can request account deletion at any time by contacting PowerBadii Support directly. Account deletion requests can be submitted via email at support@powerbadii.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  • Timeline: Processed within 7 working days
  • Backup: Data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

Minor Students

For students under 18, written parental/guardian consent is mandatory for account deletion. Schools must maintain consent records.

Emergency Deletion

In exceptional cases (security breach, legal requirements), PowerBadii Support Team can override hierarchy:

  • Security Breach: Immediate account suspension
  • Legal Request: Court-ordered account deletion
  • Platform Abuse: Violation of terms of service
  • School Closure: Complete institution account deletion

Deletion Guidelines

Before submitting deletion request, ensure you have proper authorization:

Authorization Checklist:

  • ✓ You created the account you want to delete
  • ✓ Account is lower in hierarchy than your account
  • ✓ You have transferred all responsibilities
  • ✓ Data backup is completed if required
  • ✓ Required consents are obtained (for student accounts)

Important Notes

  • Deletion is permanent after 30-day grace period
  • Academic records may be retained for legal compliance
  • Improper deletion requests will be rejected
  • False requests may lead to account suspension

Processing Time: 24-48 hours for verification, then 7 working days for completion.
