PowerBadii ("we", "our", "us") is a School ERP & Technology Platform that provides software solutions for school management.

By accessing or using the PowerBadii platform, you ("School", "Parent", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

PowerBadii provides software and technology services only for school administration, communication, and fee management.

Important Clarification: Parents and teachers access the platform only for informational and communication purposes and do not have any ownership or control over school operations or payments.

3. User Eligibility

The platform may be used by:

• Schools and educational institutions
• Parents or guardians
• Teachers and authorized staff

Important: Schools are responsible for ensuring that they are legally authorized to operate and collect fees.

5. Payment Gateways

Schools are solely responsible for:

• Payment gateway onboarding
• Providing correct payment details
• Managing settlements into their bank accounts

Important: PowerBadii does not provide or share payment gateway accounts with schools.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

All refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments are governed solely by the respective school's policies.

Important: Parents must contact the school directly for any refund or payment-related concerns.

7. Role & Responsibility of Schools

Schools are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of fee structures
• Compliance with education and financial regulations
• Managing student and parent data
• Handling payment disputes and refunds
• Communication with parents regarding fees

8. Role & Responsibility of Parents

Parents are responsible for:

• Verifying fee details before making payments
• Using valid payment methods
• Contacting the school for refund or fee-related queries

Important: PowerBadii is not responsible for incorrect payments resulting from school-provided information.

9. Data & Privacy

PowerBadii does not store any payment-related information such as:

• Debit or credit card details
• UPI IDs
• Bank account numbers
• OTPs

All payment data is handled directly by third-party payment gateways engaged by schools.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways.

Communication Services: SMS, WhatsApp, or email communication services are provided via third-party providers (including Meta/Facebook verified services) and are subject to their respective policies and terms of service.

11. Limitation of Liability

PowerBadii shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from:

• Payment gateway failures
• Bank issues
• Technical outages
• Incorrect fee configuration by schools
• Actions or omissions of schools or third parties

12. Indemnity

Schools agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerBadii against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from:

• Fee collection
• Refund disputes
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Parent complaints related to payments

13. Service Availability

PowerBadii strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability.

Note: Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

14. Modification of Terms

PowerBadii reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Important: Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Termination

PowerBadii reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of:

• Policy violations
• Misuse of services
• Illegal activities

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
