Platform Nature

PowerBadii is a School ERP & Technology Platform that provides software services to schools.

PowerBadii Does NOT:

  • Collect school fees
  • Hold school funds
  • Process any payments

Fee Collection Responsibility

All fee payments made through the PowerBadii platform are collected directly by the respective schools using their own payment gateways and bank accounts.

PowerBadii is NOT:

  • A payment aggregator
  • An escrow service
  • A financial intermediary

How Payments Work:

Each school independently onboards their preferred payment gateway (Razorpay, PayU, Easebuzz, etc.) and all payments go directly to the school's bank account.

Refund Responsibility

Refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments are governed solely by the policies of the respective schools.

PowerBadii Does NOT:

  • Initiate refunds
  • Approve refunds
  • Process refunds
  • Handle chargebacks

Important: Each school has its own refund policy which governs all refund requests.

Parent Refund Requests

Parents or guardians must contact the respective school directly for:

  • Refund requests
  • Cancellation requests
  • Duplicate or excess payment issues
  • Fee-related disputes

PowerBadii is not responsible for resolving refund-related queries. All refund matters must be addressed directly with the school.

Payment Gateway Role

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the school's chosen payment gateway in accordance with:

  • The school's refund policy
  • The payment gateway's terms and timelines

Processing Timeframes:

PowerBadii has no control over refund processing timeframes. Refund processing times vary by payment gateway and school policy.

No Liability

PowerBadii shall not be liable for:

  • Delay in refunds
  • Non-issuance of refunds
  • Disputes between parents and schools
  • Payment gateway or bank-related failures

All payment-related issues must be resolved directly between the parent and the school.

PowerBadii reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Acceptance:

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
